On day 1 we held a Neuro-Mig Management Committee Meeting  followed by updates from and unsolved molecular cases from WG3. Day 2 took a conference format with sessions on the 'Genetic etiology and pathophysiology of brain malformations' , 'Transcriptomics in Brain research', and 'Modeling Brain development and disease'.  The meeting program is available here.

The meeting is entitled “Brain Malformations: A Roadmap for Future Phenotyping and Research”. It is intended as a brainstorming event at the forefront of science bringing together differing viewpoints and people from different disciplines. It is meant to bring together clinicians and researchers in the field of brain malformations, to create an interdisciplinary network advancing the understanding of cortical malformations pathophysiology and translating this knowledge to improve the diagnostic and clinical management of the patients.
